Some of the features of our CC Website/Process.

• If the Tax Payer has made a payment using our website we show his payment, date it was posted by the County and the status of it, County or State Confirmed. We found this useful in cutting down on the calls about payments being processed.
• If IDOR has recalled the Tax Warrant, any payment can be posted Historically for up to 8 Weeks after the Warrant has been returned. (This is only available to our CC Counties)

Note: Because you have signed up for our CC Processing, you may take T/W Payments for other payment types after it has been recalled by simply going to the History record for the T/W and select “Apply Payment”.

We have ACH deposits into your Bank account usually the next day so the money is available very soon.

Posting a Lieberman CC payment is also easier, we send you an e-mail with all your CC transactions daily. You simply go to the “ADMIN” drop down and select “Post CC Payments”. The following screen is displayed:

Selecting “Approve” generates the following receipt. You don’t need to look-up the Tax Warrant, then hit “Admin Payment”. It’s all done for you automatically.

NOTE: You should only Approve T/W Payments after you have verified, with your bank, that the money was actually deposited.

Selecting “Reject” deletes the payment from the queue.

Selecting “Preview” displays a copy of the receipt.
