How do I change the contents of the Notices?

Change Notification letters

  • From “Tax Warrants” on the main menu screen
  • Click on “Maintenance” on the top menu bar and click the “Setup Notification Letters” option
  • Do the next steps for each report that you print
    • Select a report from the “Select A Report” drop-down box
    • Review the information and make any changes that are needed
    • You can print a sample letter to make sure the changes look like what you want
  • Click the “Save Changes” button to save the changes when ALL reports have been reviewed and changed as needed
