This is the process flow for the Lieberman Tax Warrant Credit Card Processing system.
- On going
- When the ATWS processes your tax warrant letters, it imbeds in each letter a warrant number and a unique number labelled CC Code. These two numbers will always appear on your letters.
- As you design your letters, you may want to make reference to these two numbers. You can also refer the taxpayer to the tax warrant web site.
- The process
- The taxpayer can log into IndianaTaxWarrants.com to pay on line via credit card.
- The taxpayer will enter the warrant number and the CC Code number.
- The taxpayer’s name and amount owed will be displayed.
- The taxpayer will select MAKE A PAYMENT.
- The taxpayer will enter an amount to be applied to the warrant.
- The amount that will be charged to the credit card will be displayed immediately below the entry area.
- The credit card charge amount will include an 8% service fee.
- The taxpayer must accept the terms of service and privacy policy
- The taxpayer will enter the credit card information and other information.
- The taxpayer will click the PAY NOW button.
- The amount will be processed.
- A receipt will be emailed to the taxpayer.
- What you will receive
- Weekly, Lieberman will send you a report showing activity for that week.
- Included with that report will be a check for the total of the activity of that week.
- What you will do
- The report will contain a line for each credit card payment.
- You will enter each entry into your cash book as if the taxpayer had appeared at your window.
